Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can also request quotes for individual pieces of furniture at our business customer rates. For larger quantities or recurring projects, we would be happy to provide you with individual terms.
How do bulk discounts work?
The terms and conditions depend on the model, natural stone, and quantity. With your inquiry, you will receive an individual quote with a transparent volume discount scale for your project.
Can I see the stones and patterns in advance?
Yes. Depending on the material and project, we are happy to provide you with material images, detailed shots, or available samples. This allows materials and color tones to be coordinated before placing an order.
Can I select my natural stone in person?
Yes. For selected projects, a personal selection of the natural stone slab is possible by prior arrangement. Alternatively, available slabs can be selected together before production using photos and videos.
How long does a bulk order take?
Production time depends on model, material, quantity, and project scope. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with a specific production and delivery timeline. We coordinate larger projects with you individually.
Is purchase on account possible?
